Project ProActive
Project ProActive has been setup to work directly with boys and girls from the Pakistani/Kashmiri, Bangladeshi and Refugee/Asylum Seeker communities aimed at tackling academic underachievement and disaffection.
Change of Heart
Change of Heart is now a Nottingham City PCT commissioned project focusing on reducing inequalities in Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) within the Inner City Super Output Areas, which have disproportionately high levels of CVD. This project targets the whole community with some focus on the Diverse BME Communities.
